When you post, we also temporarily collect, process and store the public post ID and your social networking tokens on our servers. The contents of statuses are also stored on your device. Once the time limit has expired for a post, we automatically delete it from our servers and from your device. We cannot guarantee that deletion always occurs within a particular timeframe. We also cannot prevent others from making copies of your post (e.g., by taking a screenshot, taking a photo from another camera). In addition, Twitter and other services may cache/archive posts created through Xpire. You should not use Xpire to post if you want to be certain that other users cannot keep a copy.

When you post, we collect information about these posts, including the post ID.
We log information about your use of our websites, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, and your IP address.

Xpire is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

With other users when you post, the contents of the status you post.
